Not all partners filing for divorce in Jacksonville are eligible to file for an uncontested divorce. To qualify you must meet all the requirements outlined below.

  • Neither partner is seeking spousal support.
  • Spouses agree on the division of property and debts.
  • One of the spouses has lived in Florida for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Both partners agree the marriage is unsalvageable.
